Refund Policy

- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Kindly contact us at support@kymix.in
- you can exchange or return the product and get a FULL REFUND.
- Once we receive the returned product in our warehouse, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original payment source within 3 days from the date we receive the product.
- In any case we cannot provide exchange/refund for exchanged products. One order is only liable to get exchanged/refund once.
- You can exchange or return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received the order.
Note – Any discount coupon amount will not be Refunded. . - Reverse pick up will be done from our side wherever feasible. There will be only one reverse pickup given for one order. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
